Automotive Sales Experience (Preferred, but not required).
5-day work week (Closed Sundays and all Major Holidays).

Must Pass Background check, drug test, and possess a valid driver’s license.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Commit to customer satisfaction and fixing it right the first time.
Perform repair, maintenance, and warranty work in a timely fashion. Road test to confirm concerns are resolved and the vehicle’s operation will meet or exceed customer’s experience. Ensure customer’s vehicle is left in clean and un-damaged condition.

Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
Logging customer details and comments in our system.
Scheduling appointments and following up with any “no show” customers.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
