We’re Hiring: Sales Consultant
Are you passionate about sales, customer service, and fashion? We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team! If you have a keen eye for retail trends, exceptional customer service skills, and a results-driven mindset, this opportunity is for you.
Your Role:
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Engage in cross-selling and up-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with loyal customers through follow-ups and personalized service.
Ensure store standards are upheld, including inventory management and display maintenance.
Handle transactions professionally, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment processes.
Participate in stock inventory, new shipments, and product merchandising.
Assist in training and development of peers.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management and the president.
Languages: English & Russian required (Arabic is a plus).
Experience: 4-7 years in a similar retail role.
Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, POS system knowledge.
