Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will offer expert guidance to clients, facilitate seamless property transactions, and provide outstanding customer service. Daily responsibilities include client consultations, property showcasing, deal negotiations, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients regarding property investments.
Conduct property viewings and effectively present properties to potential buyers.
Manage the full property sales process, from initial instruction to final transfer.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and sales progress.
Deliver engaging and confident property presentations to clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.
Proven track record in property sales with strong negotiation abilities.
Proficient in market analysis and research.
Confident in delivering compelling presentations.
UAE driver’s license holder with own car (mandatory).
Holder of a valid broker card (preferred).
Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
