Retail Sales Consultant – ROX, JAC & Forthing

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose

To drive retail vehicle sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers in selecting the right ROX, JAC, or Forthing vehicle, managing the sales process from inquiry to delivery, and achieving monthly sales targets. This aligns with common dealership sales consultant responsibilities in Riyadh’s automotive market.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome showroom visitors and identify customer requirements.

* Present and demonstrate ROX, JAC, and Forthing vehicles.

* Arrange and conduct test drives.

* Explain vehicle specifications, safety features, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.

* Prepare quotations and sales proposals.

* Follow up on showroom, digital, and referral leads.

* Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.

* Maintain customer records in the CRM system.

* Ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.

* Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.

* Participate in showroom events and promotional activities.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

* 2+ years of automotive retail sales experience.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Customer-focused and target-driven.

* Arabic and English proficiency.

* Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

* Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

* Monthly retail sales target achievement.

* Test drive conversion rate.

* Lead response and follow-up performance.

* Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

* Repeat and referral sales.

* CRM compliance and data quality.
