Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Sales Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, securing ambulance transportation contracts, and building strong client relationships across construction projects, factories, and industrial sectors. The role includes managing the full sales cycle, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while identifying new market opportunities and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven experience in securing and managing contracts related to ambulance transportation services, construction projects, factories, and industrial sectors.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage key accounts effectively.
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting, and business development planning.
- Strong understanding of the construction, industrial, and healthcare services sectors within Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
