As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate sales team by providing valuable insights, streamlining processes, and ensuring the efficient operation of our sales activities within the dynamic Dubai property landscape. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales reporting specific to real estate transactions, conducting market research focused on the Dubai market, and identifying opportunities for improvement within our real estate operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain sales reporting and analytics for Dubai real estate: Create and manage insightful dashboards and reports to track key real estate sales metrics.
Conduct market and competitive research specific to the Dubai real estate market.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement in Dubai real estate: Examine sales performance data related to property listings, client engagement, and deal closures, identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in sales strategies and execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales agents, marketing teams (focused on property listings and promotions), and administrative teams to optimize real estate sales processes, improve efficiency in property transactions, and ensure seamless collaboration.
Provide real estate sales team training and support: Develop and deliver ongoing training sessions on product knowledge.
Manage CRM system: Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy for property listings, client interactions, and lead management, and the effective utilization of its features by the real estate sales team.
Analyze listing scores and provide recommendations for Dubai properties: Monitor and analyze the performance of property listings on various platforms.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales operations or business analyst role within the Dubai real estate market.
Proven experience working with CRM software relevant to real estate (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, PropSpace, Bitrix24).
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including advanced formulas and data analysis) for real estate data.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex real estate data and draw meaningful conclusions relevant to the Dubai market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present data and recommendations to various stakeholders within the real estate context.
Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment characteristic of the Dubai real estate market.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market dynamics, regulations, and common practices.
