Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Retail Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of industrial furniture to businesses, warehouses, factories, and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales & Business Development:
Identify and approach potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, and offices.
Conduct outdoor sales visits to generate leads and close deals.
Present and demonstrate industrial furniture solutions to meet customer needs.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
✅ Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service efficiently.
Provide customized solutions based on client requirements.
✅ Market Research & Sales Strategy:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industrial furniture trends and new product offerings.
✅ Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client communications.
Requirements & Qualifications:
✔ Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of outdoor sales experience in industrial furniture, office furniture, or related B2B sales.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
✔ Skills:
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of furniture materials, designs, and ergonomics.
✔ Other Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license (for candidates in the UAE).
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business meetings.
