Job Description
DAR Al Arkan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Broker to join ourdynamicreal estate team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our residential and commercial properties, while providingexceptional serviceto our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their real estate needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market and promote residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.
Conduct property viewings and open houses, providing informative presentations on the features and benefits of the properties.
Assist clients in the buying process, guiding them through negotiations and ensuring a smooth transaction.
Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and current information.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s property portfolio, including features, prices, and availability.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and legal to facilitate property sales and ensure compliance with regulations.
Prepare and present market analysis reports to management and clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterlysales targetsset by the management.
Skills
Essential
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
Proven track recordof successful property sales andclosing deals.
Strongcommunicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Saudi Arabia.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client interactions.
Valid real estate license in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Desired
Experience:
Candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience in real estate brokerage, particularly within the residential segment, are encouraged to apply. Experience in luxury real estate sales is a plus.
