Sales/BD Manager – Luxury Sustainable Wellness Brand Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Omanyp
Luxury sustainable wellness brand led by a strong founder with exceptional backing to scale up the brand.
Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for:
Building the brand’s presence across wholesale partners akin to Bloomingdale’s, Harvey Nichols, Galeries Lafayette, etc.
Representing the brand in the market and exploring Middle East expansion opportunities.
Developing and executing joint business plans with retail partners, including trade marketing and brand space negotiations.
Working with the marketing team to implement activations, including pop-ups, shop-in-shop setups, and counter designs.
Collaborating closely with the retail team to oversee in-store performance on a macro level.
Exploring opportunities within brand partnerships and gifting (a strong channel for the brand).
To apply for the role, it is a must to have the following experience:
At least 6 years of commercial experience in the Middle East.
Experience opening relevant accounts across the region with a strong network of contacts.
Background in either fashion, fragrances, wellness, or W&J categories.
The founder is keen to bring in someone who believes in working in a culture that promotes teamwork and has the capabilities to multitask. The role is in business development for a scale-up growing at a fast pace and needs a hands-on individual who can work closely with an ambitious leader.
