What You’ll Be Doing

The Client Advisor is responsible for:

Strengthening brand exposure at the point of sale.

Demonstrating benchmarked brand standards.

Enhancing brand knowledge and sales techniques.

Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.

Achieving individual and store targets.

JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES include:

Maintaining a positive attitude, viewing challenges as opportunities.

Adhering to all company policies, including loss prevention, security, and safety.

Updating product knowledge regularly in coordination with the Boutique or Floor Manager.

Monitoring and reporting sales results.

Controlling client stock assortment.

Focusing on sales and profitability, maintaining customer service standards.

Contributing as a helpful team player and mentoring new Sales Associates if needed.

Being courteous and considerate in dealings with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Recording customer information and preferences accurately.

Following grooming standards and increasing sales through cross-selling.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

At least 2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or eyewear.

Proficiency in English.
