What are we expecting from you?
Role
Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels’ identity and expertise, welcoming and serving all visitors and clients entering the boutique. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving business by recruiting clients, developing their loyalty, and achieving sales targets;
Enhancing clients’ knowledge by presenting our universe, history, creations, and sources of inspiration;
Providing an outstanding, personalized client experience by anticipating their needs;
Serving visitors by addressing client requests, after-sales services, and care advice;
Contributing to a positive team environment by actively participating in daily boutique activities;
Developing operational excellence by mastering in-store tools and adhering to commercial policies and procedures.
