Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service standards within the showroom/store. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in retail sales.
Salary Dhs. 3,000 to 3,500 plus Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and availability.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual presentation of the showroom/store.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and replenished on shelves.
- Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and inventory checks.
- Process sales transactions through POS/cash counter systems.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales / showroom sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good selling and negotiation skills.
- Customer service oriented with a friendly personality.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
