Your Role At Spret TradingAs a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. In addition, you will:

• Determine the client’s needs and suggest relevant products by listening to the client, and by leveraging product knowledge from brand trainings.
• Encourage clients to try on the product by providing personalized consultations and product application to the client while educating the client.
• Create a branded, luxury client experience.
• Work as a team player, upholding company policies in all aspects of customer service and contributing to a positive working environment.

You are Perfect Candidate If You Have

• 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
• Positive attitude and self-motivation to win every customer
• Exceptional influential skills
• Proven ability to focus and perform
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
