Represent the brand by maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
Perform operational duties including store maintenance and visual presentation as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
Convert window shoppers into buyers.
Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
Serve customers following the company’s selling guidelines: GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank.
Stay updated on various brands for suggestive selling; maintain grooming, attitude, and product knowledge.
Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
Work extended hours during sales periods.
Ensure up-to-dateproduct knowledge and minimal stock loss.
Merchandise
Display stock attractively and according to standard layout norms.
Follow visual merchandising guidelines and maintain stock norms, especially on clearance.
Record inventory movements and maintain reports.
Operate the POS/billing counter efficiently.
Count cash accurately at shift start and end.
Handle receipts, refunds, and payments correctly.
Ensure store security and vigilance at all times.
Work flexible shifts and overtime as required.
Adhere to SOPs and Loss Prevention policies.
Maintain confidentiality of sales figures.
