Job Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The position is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing and contributing to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
Perform various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right products.
Convert window shoppers into buyers.
Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
Serve customers following the company’s selling guidelines (GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
Stay updated about the various brands for suggestive selling; maintain grooming, attitude, and product knowledge.
Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
Be flexible to work extended hours during sale periods.
Possess up-to-dateproduct knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss.
Merchandise:
Ensure all stock is displayed attractively and according to standard layout norms.
Follow visual merchandising guidelines and maintain stock norms, especially during clearance.
Record inventory inward and outward, maintaining accurate reports.
Handle POS and billing efficiently.
Tally cash at the beginning and end of shifts.
Issue receipts, process refunds and change accurately.
Process payments via cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
Maintain store security awareness and vigilance at all times.
Be flexible to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
Adhere to SOPs and Loss Prevention Policies.
Maintain confidentiality of sales figures and store information.
