Your Role:
As an Amazon Sourcing & Product Selection Specialist, you’ll play a vital on-site role in our Dubai office, helping identify, validate, and source winning private label products. You’ll be trained in our exclusive internal product selection process, built to uncover profitable, low-competition opportunities tailored for Amazon UAE, KSA, and other key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Execute product research using our proprietary product selection system
– Identify white space opportunities across Amazon marketplaces
– Vet and validate suppliers (primarily via Alibaba and 1688)
– Request and manage quotes, samples, MOQs, and shipping terms
– Ensure supplier compliance with product certifications (e.g., FDA, CE, etc.)
– Coordinate sample testing and quality checks
– Communicate with suppliers via Alibaba chat, WeChat, and email
– Track supplier negotiations and cost breakdowns in Google Sheets
– Collaborate with product research, brand, and logistics teams on launch planning
– Maintain sourcing records, product validation sheets, and supplier files
What We’re Looking For:
– 1+ years of experience in Amazon FBA sourcing
– Strong working knowledge of Alibaba, 1688, and global supply chains
– Ability to follow and execute structured research processes
– Fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong plus)
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
– Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, and supplier communication platforms
Nice to Have:
– Experience in the UAE and KSA Amazon marketplaces
– Background in product development or private label brand building
