We are looking for a Female Sales Assistant to join our Souvenir Shop team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote and sell souvenir products and merchandise.
- Operate the POS system and process cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain proper product displays and shop cleanliness.
- Monitor stock and assist with inventory management.
- Use Microsoft Excel for basic inventory and sales-related tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and help customers select suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with a pleasant and professional personality.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Must have experience using a POS system.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- English communication is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- Presentable, hardworking, and responsible.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
