FASSCO is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to manage an All Day Dining restaurant at one of our prestigious client locations. The position reports to the Location Retail / Cafeteria Manager.
An immediately available candidate is preferred.
Key Responsibilities include:
Daily Operations: Supervise day-to-day activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Cafeteria/Retail Manager to align with outlet goals.
Customer Interaction: Address customer needs, handle complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Team Supervision: Oversee and support staff, ensuring service standards are maintained.
Revenue Growth Support: Assist in implementing sales strategies to boost revenue and increase footfall.
Customer Retention: Help create and execute ideas to attract and retain repeat customers.
Hygiene and Safety: Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times.
Inventory Assistance: Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage to the manager.
Upselling Techniques: Train staff in excellent upselling and customer engagement strategies.
Financial Reporting: Assist in monitoring daily sales, handling POS operations, and preparing basic reports.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in a supervisory role in an All Day Dining format outlet in a (4* and above) hotel or a standalone restaurant.
Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Skills: Strong in team supervision, customer interaction, and basic sales techniques.
Knowledge: Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and basic revenue strategies.
Education: A Diploma / Degree in hospitality / restaurant management is preferred, additional hospitality training is a plus.
Personality: Approachable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage (such as Arabic)
