Job Summary:
The Sales Assistant supports the sales team in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store operations, and achieving sales targets. This role involves assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and store goals
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
  • Prepare sales reports and support administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Proven experience in retail or sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
