Job description

Madaín Properties PJSC – is a property developer specializing in luxury residential, villas, and townhouse properties.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, showcasing our properties, and driving sales. You must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Nurturing leads to convert them to clients and firm deals.
Guiding clients through the investing, buying, and selling process.
Organizing and booking property showings when needed.
Inputting information into a CRM system.
Developing networks and cooperating with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel.
Keeping up-to-date with any changes in the local and national real estate market.

Qualification:

1-2 years’ of Real Estate sales experience in UAE.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation and selling skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work as an independent contributor and as part of a team
Ability to stay on top of trends and perform research

Must be fluent in at least one of the following language:

Chinese
European (e.g., Portuguese, Italian, French, etc.)
Spanish
German
India languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, etc.)
Russian
