About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Pricing Coordinator to join our growing transport and logistics team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience within the transportation sector in Saudi Arabia, with strong industry connections and the ability to manage both client acquisition and pricing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with large corporate clients across Saudi Arabia and GCC
- Actively source and secure transport/logistics inquiries from companies, contractors, and industrial clients
- Prepare competitive pricing and quotations for transport services (local & GCC routes)
- Coordinate with truck vendors and fleet suppliers to ensure availability and best rates
- Negotiate pricing with vendors while maintaining profitability
- Maintain a strong network of transporters, drivers, and logistics partners in KSA
- Handle day to day coordination for transport jobs and ensure smooth execution
- Track market rates, demand trends, and competitor pricing
- Use Excel and reporting tools to manage costing sheets and quotations
Requirements
- Basic years of experience in transport/logistics operations or sales (Saudi Arabia required)
- Proven experience handling transport across GCC (KSA, UAE, Bahrain, etc.)
- Strong network of truck vendors and logistics contacts in Saudi Arabia
- Experience working with corporate clients / large companies / EPC contractors
- Good understanding of transport pricing, routes, and documentation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
