Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT services, including CRM, ERP, websites, and mobile application development.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and grow revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the IT and digital marketing sectors.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies to improve results.
If experienced in digital marketing sales, leverage this expertise to expand the company’s client base in the digital space.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services (CRM, ERP, websites, mobile apps).
Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts to clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in digital marketing sales (SEO, digital advertising) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Strong networking skills and ability to generate leads.
Experience with CRM software to manage sales pipelines and client relationships.
Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technology solutions.
