Job Title: Sales and Marketing officer- Dubai
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are seeking a professional, motivated, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to support the growth and enrollment of our healthcare and caregiving training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client inquiries, promoting training programs, and converting prospective students into successful enrollments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in healthcare, education, training, or vocational services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong sales ability with a proven focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, inquiries, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Proficient in social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Professional, confident, and target-driven approach.
- Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market the institute’s healthcare and caregiving training programs.
- Generate and manage leads through digital marketing, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Develop relationships with clients, companies, organizations, and potential partners.
- Handle inquiries, present training programs, and support the sales process.
- Follow up on leads, identify business opportunities, and convert prospects into clients or enrollments.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
