Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement marketing and sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Lead growth and expansion initiatives.
- Prepare and execute the annual marketing plan.
- Oversee traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage sales teams to achieve targeted sales objectives.
- Develop existing sales channels and open new ones.
- Identify investment and new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships and relationships.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to enhance brand positioning.
- Lead and develop marketing and sales teams and evaluate performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering, marketing, business administration, or any related field.
- Master’s degree in business administration or marketing preferred.
- Experience of no less than 10 years in sales or agricultural marketing.
- Leadership experience of no less than 5 years in managing sales and marketing teams.
- Field experience of no less than 5 years.
