As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be the commercial engine behind our water & wastewater solutions portfolio. This is not just a sales job—this is a mission-critical, techno-commercial
leadership
role that directly impacts our market presence, revenue growth, and strategic client relationships.
You will bring deep industry insight, creativity in deal structuring (Rental, EPC, BOO), and a solid grasp of desalination, STP, and industrial wastewater technologies to lead high-impact engagements across the KSA market. Additionally, generate leads and close orders for services such as O&M, trading of chemicals, etc., as value-added services for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales strategy and execution across rental, BOO, and EPC models for RO, demin, and wastewater systems.
Acquire, engage, and close deals with major industrial and municipal clients across sectors like oil & gas, power, mining, chemicals, and utilities.
Develop strategic partnerships and nurture CxO-level relationships to position GET Water as the go-to solution provider.
Promote and sell regenerated RO membranes, mobile STPs, and customized industrial water systems.
Position GET Water for O&M services for third-party plants.
Shape winning proposals by understanding technical and commercial client needs, tailoring solution models to fit.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer pain points to shape new product/market fit initiatives.
Represent GET Water in industry events, conferences, and technical forums.
Skills
Strategic Sales Planning: Ability to design and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Market Analysis: Proficient in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership: Strong leadership and team management capabilities to motivate and guide sales and marketing teams.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive negotiation style.
Customer Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
