· Should be in responsible for checking overall quality of Products in manufacturing.

· Oversee, direct, and support the production panel sorting teams.

· Assistant Operators in the measurement of density, gel time, cream time, and other characteristics.

· Communicate with operators on how to eliminate production flaws

· In accordance with the Test Inspection Plan, measure the final goods parameters such as line dimensions, cutting, batch code monitoring, and so on.

· Check to ensure that the batch codes of RM mentioned in the production reports are correct.

· Able to perform manufacturing process audits and communicate results to plant managers

· Capable of demonstrating work and explaining work to internal/external auditors.

· Ensure that the raw materials used in production are not expired.

· Assist in production trials and produce a complete trail report covering flow rates, pressure characteristics, and so on.

· Provide a defect report with the cause for rejection in daily production.

· Coordinate with the lab assistant for trial panel isolation and testing.

· In charge of asset protection in manufacturing connected to testing (Vernier, infrared thermometer, etc.)

· Discuss the client issue with the production team and present the root cause and resolution.

· Confirming that the formulas, raw materials, and other materials used in manufacturing are in accordance with the certifying authority.

· Check the embossed foil quality after embossing.

· In production, record the in process data such as flow rate, pressure, temperature, and so on.

· Keeping production reference panels for each shift

· Notify the Assistant QA Officer if any deviations in RM are discovered during production.

Requirements:

· Diploma in mechanical or chemical/graduate. Fresher to 1+ years of experience
