We are looking for motivated Marketing & Sales Interns to join our team in a practical, hands-on internship.
This is not a theoretical training program. Interns will work on real company services, products, marketing campaigns, and sales opportunities under the supervision of the OptimaTech team.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 months.
- Work arrangement: Fully remote.
- Working hours: Flexible, approximately 15–20 hours per week.
- Internship type: Practical, project-based training.
- Compensation: Performance-based bonuses and sales commissions.
- Suitable for university students, fresh graduates, and entry-level candidates.
Responsibilities
- Research potential customers, companies, and target markets.
- Build and organize qualified lead lists.
- Contact potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and approved communication channels.
- Introduce OptimaTech’s services and understand potential clients’ needs.
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings with interested clients.
- Follow up with potential customers throughout the sales process.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Participate in marketing campaigns for the company’s services and products.
- Suggest content ideas and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in managing the company’s social media presence.
- Update customer information and activities using CRM systems or tracking sheets.
- Prepare weekly reports about leads, meetings, campaigns, and achieved results.
- Work toward agreed weekly targets and performance indicators.
- Coordinate with the technical and management teams to understand the company’s services.

Compensation Notice
This internship does not include a guaranteed fixed monthly salary. Interns may receive performance-based bonuses and sales commissions based on qualified opportunities, achieved targets, and successfully completed or collected deals according to the company’s incentive policy.
Bonuses and commissions are variable and are not considered a guaranteed monthly salary.
