Leasing & Sales Manager

About Us
We are a leading property management and real estate investment company specializing in residential and commercial property leasing, sales, and asset management. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Leasing & Sales Manager to lead our leasing and sales operations, grow our property portfolio, and deliver exceptional service to property owners, investors, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing and sales activities for residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve occupancy and sales targets.
- Market available properties through online portals, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease and sale agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, buyers, and brokers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s property management portfolio.
- Monitor market trends and recommend competitive rental and sales pricing.
- Supervise and mentor the leasing and sales team, setting performance targets and monitoring KPIs.
- Coordinate with the finance, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.
- Prepare regular reports on occupancy, leasing performance, sales performance, and business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate leasing and property sales in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE especially Sharjah and Dubai real estate market and leasing practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/property management software.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
