Responsibilities
Liaising with Developers and Landlords to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximize the selling value.
Source for all available properties for sale, rent, and short-lets within designated neighbourhoods.
Maintain and update listings of properties available in designated neighbourhoods.
Handle all enquiries about properties from potential clients.
Take prospective buyers or renters to view properties.
Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and handing over of keys.
Provide periodic reports to company management on sales and leasing operations in designated neighbourhoods.
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal networks.
Negotiate prices within the range agreed as per the pricing strategy.
Sign leases and contracts and coordinate with Leasing Administration for documentation and filing.
Coordinate with Legal and Finance for contracts and payments/revenue booking.
Validate and verify all documentation submitted by customers prior to processing a sale to ensure compliance with policy at all times.
Prospect and meet clients outside.
Conduct viewings for prospects.
Ensure compliance with sales policies at all times.
Follow up with customers for signing sales agreements.
Provide customers with information on the legalities of purchasing property.
Promptly respond to all enquiries received and ensure a high level of customer service.
Make reports daily, weekly, and monthly to the Head of Department.
Qualifications
+ 5 Years’ experience in Commercial Sales & Leasing.
Exceptional communication skills in English.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent sales skills.
Good numerical reasoning abilities.
Customer service oriented.
