We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Executive to work at our kiosk and represent our interior fit-out and construction services. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming and dealing with customers, explaining our services, identifying their requirements, and supporting the sales process.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to confidently explain our interior fit-out services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally communicate with customers visiting the kiosk.
- Explain the company’s interior fit-out, renovation, maintenance, and related services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about our services.
- Generate leads and collect customer contact details for follow-up.
- Follow up with potential customers through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team regarding customer requirements and site visits.
- Prepare and maintain basic customer records, enquiries, quotations, forms, and other documentation.
- Assist with preparing and submitting documents required for customer enquiries and projects.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Promote the company and its services in a professional and positive manner.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain the kiosk in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
- Perform other sales and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, receptionist, administration, or interior fit-out/construction will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken English is required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, email, and documentation.
- Presentable, confident, friendly, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to explain services clearly and deal professionally with different types of customers.
- Ability to work independently and follow up with leads effectively.
- Candidates with experience in interior design, fit-out, renovation, furniture, construction, or home improvement sales are preferred.
Salary will be discussed and finalized during the interview based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
