A specialized company in the sale and distribution of advertising materials and supplies, with several branches in Riyadh, is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Representative to work at one of its branches.
We are looking for a responsible, precise, and trustworthy individual with previous experience in advertising materials or similar commercial sectors, who can efficiently handle customer interactions, invoices, and cash management.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of work experience in one of the following fields:
- Advertising materials and supplies.
- Building materials or industrial tools.
- Retail and wholesale sectors with a significant number of products.
- Sales and issuance of invoices and cash collection.
- Practical experience in using sales software or POS systems or ERP programs.
- Ability to issue invoices and receipts and manage cash registers.
- Ability to memorize and understand a large number of products, measurements, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- High accuracy in dealing with numbers, quantities, and prices.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Applicants must currently reside in Riyadh.
- For non-Saudis: A valid residency permit and a transferable work visa are required.
- Ability to provide a job reference from previous employers.
- Preference will be given to those with direct experience in advertising materials such as acrylics, stickers, printing sheets, signage, and displays.
