Sales and Business Development Officer Jobs in Dubai at Al Ameen Engineering

1. Take necessary initiatives to increase sales through appropriate strategy for lead generation, increase various touch points for the leads and referrals.

2. Improve leads conversion and closing rate by 20 percent by improving product presentation, showing value of the products to the customers.

3. Key activities – A salesperson’s day will be filled with potential customer visits, prospecting and generating leads via google and social media, managing sales pipeline, providing quotes, conducting site visits, follow up with clients and close leads. Keep track of KPI’s and improve the sales process.

4. Key Skills:

a. Self-driven & disciplined: Be self-driven and disciplined to follow through your projects and show up for meetings and workplace on time.

b. Great interpersonal skills: Should be a people’s person who can read body language and empathize with a customer.

c. Analytical: Ability to analyze the performance in excel or other analytical tools and adjust your sales strategies accordingly to achieve the targets.

d. Innovative & result oriented: Learn new ways to leverage the efforts and improve productivity in closing the sales.

In addition to the fixed monthly salary, you will also be eligible for sales commission upon achieving your quarterly sales targets.
