We are seeking a Technical Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in overseeing the stone design and engineering, technical project support, and installation processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in natural stone materials, technical knowledge for fabrication techniques and installation standards ensuring seamless project execution as per the correct technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee the technical design and engineering requirements as per project specifications.
– Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to review drawings and recommend appropriate stone solutions.
– Review and create shop drawings to reflect technical details required for stone installation.
– Conduct site inspections to evaluate site conditions, installation progress and troubleshoot technical challenges
-Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test reports, method statements, and installation guidelines.
– Supervise fabrication and installation processes, ensuring precision and adherence to technical requirements.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in construction industry, stone manufacturing experience preferred.
– Proficient in AutoCad, Planswift and similar softwares.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
