We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing accurate reports and insights to support sales and marketing strategies and business decision-making.
Position: Sales Analyst – FMCG Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance across customers, channels, products, and business segments.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and performance reports.
- Support the preparation of sales forecasts and annual business plans.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze promotional performance by product, customer, and sales period, including identifying potential sales losses and opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels versus sales performance and promotional plans to support product availability and business targets.
- Analyze the performance and movement of new products across customers, channels, and regions.
- Prepare presentations and analytical reports for management to support business decisions.
- Support market share analysis and performance reviews.
- Analyze distribution and product coverage performance across different channels and segments.
- Participate in regular business and performance review meetings and provide relevant insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support business execution.
- Communicate key findings, trends, opportunities, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
