Sales Agent- Watersports Jobs in Dubai at Deep Sea Adventure
Roles and Responsibilities / Key Skills
- Approach and engage walk-in guests at hub locations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Explain water sports activities, packages, and pricing clearly and enthusiastically
- Close bookings on-site and process payments accurately via POS
- Achieve and exceed individual daily and monthly sales targets
- Upsell activity upgrades, group packages, and photography add-ons
- Maintain accurate booking records and daily sales reports
- Coordinate with the operations team to confirm availability and scheduling
- Assist guests with safety briefings, waivers, and check-in procedures
- Represent the Seathrill / Waterlink brand with professionalism, energy, and warmth
- Actively share Seathrill / Waterlink Instagram page and encourage guest content sharing
- Multiple location : Dubai , Abu Dhabi & Ras Al Khaima
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Additional languages a strong advantage: Arabic, Russian, German, French ..etc.
- Outgoing, confident personality — comfortable approaching and engaging strangers
- Basic sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required — we train
- Passion for water sports, outdoor activities, or the tourism/hospitality sector
- Physically active and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Smartphone proficient , able to use booking apps, POS systems, and Instagram
- Available to work weekends and public holidays (peak trading days)
- UAE resident with a valid visa or eligible for UAE employment visa sponsorship
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic salary: AED 3,000 per month
- Commission: 5% flat on all confirmed bookings — uncapped
- Example: AED 100,000 in monthly sales = AED 5,000 commission + AED 3,000 basic = AED 8,00 total
- UAE employment visa provided by Waterlink/ Seathrill
- Medical insurance provided
- Full activity training and onboarding provided
- Career progression to Senior Sales Agent (Tier 2) based on performance
Locations
Additional UAE hub locations as we expand. Candidates must be willing to work across multiple locations as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
