Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative with proven experience in the cryptocurrency mining space. You’ll work from our Dubai office, handling daily inbound leads, providing expert guidance on miner selection and hosting, and closing high-value deals.
This is a performance-focused role with real earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to hot inbound leads via WhatsApp, email, and website chat
- Qualify prospects and guide them to the right ASIC miner or hosted mining service
- Explain mining profitability, TH/s, hosting terms, and coin-specific ROI
- Finalize sales and coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth delivery or setup
- Maintain CRM records with deal status, quotes, and follow-up activity
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or direct B2C/B2B sales
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus)
- Proven hands-on experience with cryptocurrency mining
– Either through ASIC devices, cloud mining, or hosting platforms
- Ability to confidently explain mining terms such as TH/s, power cost per kWh, profitability, and coin volatility
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working on-site in a competitive environment
