Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations to understand clients’ immigration objectives and evaluate their eligibility for suitable visa programs.
- Help clients gather, organize, and accurately complete all required documents and application forms.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders throughout the application process.
- Provide exceptional client service by handling concerns in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a related role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail, capable of working independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
