Job Overview

We’re looking for a well‑connected local in Fujairah to help us identify and secure land opportunities for future projects. This role is built around who you know — land‑owning families, brokers, and community contacts — and your ability to turn those relationships into real opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source land opportunities across Fujairah
  • Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and community members
  • Conduct field visits and collect accurate data on land ownership and location
  • Present opportunities confidently and persuade landowners and stakeholders to engage or collaborate
  • Use Namou’s internal system to record and update scouting information
  • Work closely with the acquisition and legal teams during negotiations
  • Stay updated on market trends and zoning regulations in Fujairah

Requirements

  • Based in Fujairah
  • Valid UAE driving license (required)
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Excellent knowledge of local areas, families, and communities
  • Comfortable using basic mobile apps or systems (training provided)
