Job Title: B2B Sales Agent / Field Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with businesses across various industries, building strong relationships, and closing bulk sales deals aligned with Star Gallery’s product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients across diverse sectors including retail, corporate offices, hospitality, education, and other industries
- Conduct field sales activities and in-person client meetings throughout the UAE
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
- Promote and sell Star Gallery’s range of electronics products through bulk deals
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close high-value transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE (mandatory)
- Proven track record in B2B or bulk sales (electronics experience preferred)
- Strong network of business contacts within the UAE is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and business landscape
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
