Engaging customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
Assisting customers in finding the right sports and fitness products.
Providing expert advice on sports equipment, apparel, and accessories.
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
A genuine passion for sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
Athletic background or experience as an athlete is highly desirable.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in afast-pacedanddynamicretail environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
Demonstrated growth mindset or a passion forcontinuous learning.
