Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Admin to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication with potential clients, managing incoming inquiries, and facilitating the sales process. The ideal candidate is polished, presentable, articulate, and highly organized, with exceptional interpersonal and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication:

Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries via Whats App, phone lines, social media platforms, and email.

Conduct preliminary discussions with potential clients to understand their elevator requirements, preferences, and specifications.

Lead Management:

Assess the quality of leads, qualifying inquiries based on client needs and alignment with our product offerings.

Assign high-quality leads to the sales team for follow-up and closure.

CRM Management:

Accurately input and update client details, lead statuses, and communication history into the CRM system.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records for reporting and analysis purposes.

Client Experience:

Act as the first point of contact, representing Cibes Lift with professionalism and poise.

Ensure clients receive a warm, welcoming, and informative experience at every interaction.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and effective communication.

Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Arabic (written / spoken fluently) is REQUIRED for this position.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A polished and professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with HNWIs.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
