Sales Admin Jobs in Abu Dhabi at PLATINUM KARAOKE TRADING CORP.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems is preferred.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, sales contracts, and other sales-related documents.
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM/ERP system.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, documentation, and order status.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and sales pipelines.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing.
