- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems is preferred.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, documentation, and order status.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and sales pipelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing.
