Job Objective
Manage and execute accounting and financial operations for the company with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring the recording of financial transactions and preparing financial reports in accordance with accounting policies and established systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
Record daily transactions and review financial operations.
Manage customer and vendor accounts and monitor collections and payments.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and ensure account accuracy.
Issue invoices and monitor revenues related to projects and educational technology services.
Prepare periodic financial reports and submit them to management.
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with the approved budget.
Prepare necessary financial data for internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with tax and zakat regulations and adherence to systems and policies.
Maintain and organize electronic and paper financial records.
