What
You’ll Do:
Business Development & Sales Growth
Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts within Saudi Arabia.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
Drive sales and contract negotiations while ensuring projects align with client objectives.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Build long-term, sustainable relationships with clients by providing continuous value through Delphi’s suite of services.
Strategic Collaboration & Market Insights
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and services that meet client requirements.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Support the leadership team in achieving company-wide goals and targets in KSA.
What You’ll Bring:
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience & Expertise
5+ years of experience in business development and account management, preferably in technology consulting or IT services.
Proven track record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts in the KSA market.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Communication & Technical Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Fluent).
Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft cloud, security solutions, and enterprise technologies is a plus.
Understanding of the Saudi business landscape and cultural nuances is a plus.
