Job Title: Sales and Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic delivery company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the delivery industry, coupled with excellent client support skills and proficiency in Excel and basic accounting. This role involves acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing ones, supporting drivers, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
Identify and reach out to potential clients, including restaurants, shops, and online sellers, to expand our customer base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Client and Driver Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Provide support to drivers, assisting with route optimization, delivery challenges, and operational concerns.
Coordinate between clients and drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Account Management and Reporting:
Handle client accounts, including invoicing, payment tracking, and addressing billing inquiries.
Utilize Excel to maintain and analyze sales data, delivery metrics, and financial records.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and operational efficiency.
Collaboration and Process Improvement:
Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Provide insights and feedback to management for continuous improvement of services and operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and client support, preferably within the delivery or logistics industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
Familiarity with CRM systems and delivery management software is a plus.
