Responsibilities:

· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, writing, photo copying, binding, scanning and printing important documents and Audit Financial Report

· Booking of couriers, appointments, etc.

· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

· Maintain up-to-date employee holiday and attendance records

· Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; and evaluating new equipment and techniques

· Communicating with guests/clients

· Answer and direct phone calls, emails & calendar management

· Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms

· Provide general support to visitors

· Prepare and monitor invoices & receipts

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Handling Office Expenses & Managing Director’s Personal Expenses on behalf of him

· Handling AML/CFT forms and screening of company’s clients

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the UAE
Excellent communication skills & hardworking
Should have a background knowledge of Basic Accounting
Professional in terms of work and good at handling administrative work
Knowledgeable in Tally ERP Software, Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

Receptionist/Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)

Expected Start Date: 17/02/2025
