Facilico Facilities Management is looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s receivables efficiently, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and maintaining strong cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
Managing collections and processing bank transactions, including cash and cheque deposits.
Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Handling post-dated cheques (PDC) and preparing daily MIS reports for the controlling office.
Preparing and issuing debit notes and credit memos while maintaining proper financial documentation.
Accurately recording and posting transactions related to accounts receivable.
Ensuring all accounts receivable transactions comply with accounting standards and company policies.
Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by management, related to the role.
Skills
2-3 years of experience in a similar position
College degree in accounting/finance/business management preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
