Job Description:
As a Real Estate Agent at OIA Properties, you will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties while offering expert advice throughout the process. You will be provided with ongoing training, marketing support, and access to a team of industry professionals to help you succeed. You’ll have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary plus commission, giving you control over your earnings.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Provide clients with market information, property details, and professional advice
Negotiate and close real estate transactions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals
Maintain a deep knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
Attend property viewings, meetings, and industry events
Stay updated on new listings, market trends, and real estate laws
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate or sales (preferred but not required)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve success
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
Base Salary + Commission (with unlimited earning potential)
