Job Description:
We seek a motivated, experienced, and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent at Gulf Realty, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Requires cold calling and fixing appointments with investors, and bringing sales. Build a network of potential clients through prospecting, cold-calling, and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Cold calling and Fresh leads will be provided.
Negotiate offers and counter offers between buyers and sellers.
Provide clients with expert advice and guidance on buying and selling real estate.
Manage property listings and coordinate property showings.
Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a real estate agent is a must.
Strong knowledge of local real estate market and trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
