Job Description:

This professional will ensure our apartments meet the highest standards and greet guests upon arrival. The ideal candidate will have a strong handyman background, excellent communication skills, and be reliable, proactive, and customer-focused. They should be able to handle non-standard situations quickly and efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and drywall repair
Diagnose and fix plumbing issues like leaks, clogs, and pipe replacements
Conduct electrical repairs, including installing fixtures, outlets, and troubleshooting problems
Inspect properties to identify and resolve maintenance concerns
Perform furniture assembly, installation, fixing whenever required
Ensure all work meets safety standards and local building codes
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Assist with check-ins and check-outs as and when needed
Drive company car to transport tools and materials to and from apartments
Perform any other tasks associated with driving whenever required
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman with plumbing and electrical skills
Knowledge of basic HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple non-standard tasks fast and efficient
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physically fit to handle manual labor, lift heavy objects, and climb ladders
Valid UAE driver’s license for light vehicles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English; Arabic and Hindi are a plus
Flexibility to work various shifts
Willingness to learn and adapt with the support of our team
